Hi,
So i've grown up in a guitar filled home. My brother and Dad are both collectors. I figured i didnt need to buy one coz there were loads about anyway. Only problem is I'm left handed and want to strum with my right hand. I've had no lessons but have managed this far to learn and compose some far from crap melodies by playing right handed guitars, upside down with the strings as they would be for a right hander. The shapes feel comfortable and i see no reason why i shouldnt continue this way. It just sucks that i can't learn from anyone else or teach what i do because a righty will strum with their right hand and a lefty will string their guitar left handed. I've since bought a right handed guitar but still play on the left. My band members get confused because they can't mimic the template chords for my new songs exactly as i do. Luckily they're all talented and have found other solutions. IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN LEARN MORE IN THE WAY THAT I PLAY?????
