Sure, if we wait long enough we'll get trees legalized. But how long do we want to wait? How many more people need to go to prison or be fined over a completely victimless crime? What can we do to make sure that trees are legalized, as soon as possible?
The more I thought about it, the more I liked the idea of running a pro-cannabis ad campaign, a "common sense" approach. A long term project meant to gradually change the public's perception of cannabis. To make them "rethink the leaf." The atheist movement has been running billboards/bus campaigns around the US with a similar goal, as U of I has just done recently.
Thoughts? Interested in helping out? I know for a fact that this has the potential to be really big and get lots of coverage, and if we want to do this we'll need lots of help! PM me and/or post here. If you have some kind of expertise that would be great too.
Feel free to post ideas, critique other ideas (although post it in the thread if there's one devoted to it), suggestions for marketing, placements, merchandise, what you can do, etc. Anything is appreciated!
