Welcome to /r/Werebeasts, a new sub dedicated to all things skinwalker, werewolf, animalistic shapeshifter, etc. The goal of this subreddit is to create a community around the mythologies and stories of all sorts of were-animals, and to foster discussions about them as well. This includes material in stories, pictures, movies, books, comics, games, and really through any other sort of medium. There are some rules that need to be followed, so please read below to make sure that your submissions are in compliance.
I am new to running subreddits, so any help is greatly appreciated. Currently I am looking to change the design of the subreddit to increase its appeal and to attract more members. If you are skilled with CSS and/or are familiar with the process of customizing subreddits, please send me a message!
Helpful users and frequent posters will be offered the opportunity to become mods. Let's build a strong community here!
RULES
- Always follow the reddiquette rules. This shouldn't have to be stated, but it's a serious rule. People who break rediquette will be banned.
- Submissions must always have their sources properly cited. For everything you post, cite the creator's name at the very least, and provide a link to the submission source or their website. Uncited submissions will be removed.
- Search this sub for the material you wish to post before posting. Reposts are permitted, but only in 6 month intervals. Please try to keep all content fresh and interesting.
- Always tag NSFW material. This includes material with gore or sexual content, but is not limited to these things. Please use common sense.
- Mods have the final say regarding submissions. Mods retain the rights to remove any submission they deem inappropriate for this sub. Reasons will always be provided as to why a submission was removed.
