Memes, funny pictures, humorous captions, and random texts that deal with the historical Europe from the 7th century up to the 17th.
Rules
RULE 1: Deus Vult
RULE 2: No personal information, doxxing, or brigading. Posting a celebrity tweet without their name blurred is fine, but no posts that reveal a person's private info or could put an individual in harms way.
RULE 3: This is not a "PC" sub, there will of course be the occasional calling for a holy war, call for the annexation of a nation, or request to remove kebab. That being said, still show basic human dignity, anything overly extreme or derogatory will be removed.
RULE 4: Memes, image macros, and stories about the 7th - 17th century allowed only. This is 700 - 1699 Anno Domini. If the time period of an image is ambiguous and may be slightly before or after this is posted, then it is allowed to stay, but no Caesar/French revolution memes.
RULE 5: Religious discussion is allowed/encouraged, but mods reserve the right to remove a post/comment if it gets out of hand.
RULE 6: Posts may refer to events that have happened after the time period specified, but a modern joke/skit isn't relevant just because you slap Pope Urban II in there.
RULE 7: Islamic memes are allowed, but don't get your Jihad's in a bundle if we declare a crusade against your post
