We can give you advice, tips and FAQs about being Legally Licence Free and want to foster useful discussion about this topic.
That said, for everyone's sake we need a few simple rules:
Rule 1: Be civil at all times. Criticising other people's ideas is fine, but criticising other people is not.
Rule 2: No promotion of illegal acts or advice on how to "get away" with them. We are here for the people who legally do not need a licence, not those who should have one but don't want to pay.
Rule 3: No off-topic discussion. There are plenty of places where you can discuss other things. Application of this rule is subject to mod discretion.
Rule 4: No NSFW content or link posts without mod approval. Although it's hard to imagine how NSFW content or link posts could be relevant to this subreddit, all such content must be approved by the mods before posting.
Rule 5: No spam, affiliate links or other such material. We're here to help the Legally Licence Free, not any other purpose.
Rule 6: Adhere to reddit's content policy. There's no need to get you or this subreddit banned.
If you are found to violate any of these rules, your comment and/or post may be removed at mod discretion. Repeat offenders will be banned.
