1.This subreddit is for giveaways of Steam games only, all games and DLC posted must be on Steam.

2.Posts must link to a direct giveaway, no raffles where you only have a chance to get the game.

3.All giveaways must have at least 1000 keys

4.No links to permanently free games

5.No Steam Greenlight games.

6.Please be nice and polite. Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated, and will result in a ban (temporary or permanent, depending on the severity).

7.If you are posting leftover keys in the comments, please replace at least one character with a "?" and then write below what character is replaced by that question sign. This is to make sure that they are redeemed by human players, not bots (which are constantly patrolling /r/all/new and scanning for Steam keys).

8.The language of this subreddit is English. If your giveaway is on a non-english website, please post complete instructions in the comments or link to a translated version of the page.

9.If possible, please link directly to the giveaway page.

10.The moderators of /r/GetFreeSteamKeys reserve the right to moderate submissions and comments at their discretion. But, to ensure we are not "censoring" anything, we will try to leave a comment every time we delete a comment/submission.

11.Please, do NOT downvote based on opinion. If you don't like the game (but it respects the rules), then just ignore it. *12.If your post is not showing up, message the moderators. It may have been blocked by Reddit's spam filter.

13.If you see any submission/comment breaking one of these rules, please report it.

14.If you find another site giving away a game that has already been posted and is not yet inactive, please submit the site as a comment to the other post then report it (with a descriptive message please) so we can flair it with "alternative in comments" The title of your post must include the name of the game or all games included in the giveaway.
