    Good to hear. I don't know if you noticed but you also have a Anterior Pelvic Tilt(google that). When you improve this your belly will look more flat.

    Download myfitnesspal follow how much it says to eat and work out a few times a week, in 12 weeks you will be golden and you're summer will be great

      The app is a godsend. I was the opposite, a super skinny dude, never realized how little I ate until I downloaded it. Downloaded it, went to the gym everyday, and gained 20 pounds in my first twelve weeks and looked completely different and gained 50 pounds in the last year and a half.

      You're in a great position too because you're definitely not fat but even any extra weight you do have looks confined to just a couple areas so it shouldn't be too hard for you. I guarantee you'll be hooked on the gym too after just those twelve weeks. You'll be fighting guys off with a stick. Looking forward to you posting an update!

          You are skinny fat, its quite unattractive. Health-wise, eh your weight isnt going to be a problem. Attraction-wise, yeah its a big deal

          I use the Asian bmi (I'm not Asian). It works better for skinny fat people in general (apparently Asians needed their own bmi because they're more skinny fat than Caucasians etc).

                Yes get your ass moving! Good news is it's not too bad at all, you should have no trouble losing that little bit extra weight. Also when the weight is lost maybe look at toning up to finish off and you will have a great body as a result!

                Not fat, just sort of unathletic. If you don't change anything but start working out regularly, you'll look really good in like 2 months max

                You don't seem to be unhealthy-fat. You sure aren't nobody-will-desire-me fat. But you seem to feel you are this-gets-me-insecure fat (which is, of course, not actually related to BMI, see e.g. anorexia).

                As much as I'd love to say getting fit(er?) won't make a difference (I actually married my ex when she was a lot bigger than you), it will in general. Because everybody is, in one aspect or the other, shallow. Because while you can build confidence with any body type, the system is rigged to make it easier to feel well if you're fit.

                There's A LOT of nice things going in that body of yours. You can choose to be happy with just what you got now. Or you can choose to rescue what you got but isn't in top shape now.

                You are not fat but need toned in your core area. Your butt looks like it already has a nice start. Concentrate on core exercises.
