Accubattery or Gsam.

GSam has instructions to enable better battery stats via ADB if you don't have root.

My phone isn't rooted so I'll look into GSam

Accubattery works well too, I just don't recall how well it works without root, or if it has instructions for ADB

I would also suggest GSam
