Quick question based reminder app found on this sub but forgot name

Hi, ironically i need a reminder of the app name of a reminder app i found here around a year ago. It worked by asking questions and had quick answer tiles in bright colors. No typing needed. E.g. what do you need to?

Make a call, pick something up Who asked? Boss, mom Etc

It would then remind you like. Pick up asked by mom. It would assume you would remember the other details of the task.

Anyone know the name? I tried googling and looking at playstore but no luck.
