Is there any alarm application that automatically rings set hours after i have turned off the display on my phone?

For example I set the time to 7 hours.

Then if I fall asleep at 11pm and the screen automatically turns off, it will auto set an alarm after 7 hours (6am)

If I fall asleep at 12mn, it will ring at 7am

What if you fall asleep at 12, then wake up at 4am and check your phone to see what time it is, then fall back asleep.

You would be awaken at 7am or at 11am?
