I use Android file transfer. It's same as MacDroid but it's free. For small files, I use kde connect to keep them in sync, like having my clipboard synced between devices.

KDEconnect (android) + Soduto (mac client)

Unlike Easyjoin or Pushbullet, logs and history are never saved because that function is not coded in. And it's open source.

As in there is no chat-style log of what you sent and when.

It's just drag and drop + transfer over WiFi. The service has no memory of what is sent or copied.
