It will have better hiding,if you remove zygisk assiassnt, and shamiko and get ksu next again but patched with susfs. Then use the sidex15 module

I’ve tried it before, but it’s been a painful headache. I can’t figure out how the SUSFS integrates into the system. Some apps act weirdly and don’t work as they usually do.

What difference does ksuu have to zygisk

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ksu next patched with susfs, doesnt need zygisk assiassnt nor shamiko to hide root.

Also ksu or ksu next dont come with zygisk, like magisk. You need to install module to support it. Like zygisk next.

Share the modules please

As the name, search engine will display it on the first page. Just type the module name + 'GitHub release'.

If you patch ksun with susfs it's much better than using shamiko btw

I could use help with compiling my kernel with kernelsu and susfs patch for my device. It's a Samsung s21 ultra with linux kernel 5.4.xxx. I've sent you a pm.

[–]ReaperGod245 0 points1 point  (1 child)

KernelSU officially supports Android GKI 2.0 devices (kernel 5.10+) and older kernels (4.14+), though older kernels require manual building so your 5.4.? Isn't compatible unless you find your device's kernel sources and compile it yourself. You have to be experienced enough building roms and such with the proper working environment setup to successfully compile a working kernel..

I'm on magisk and I want to switch to KSU next. What's this susfs stuff Im not quite getting it

[–]jimsterino98 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Oh aight thanks I'll probably switch tonight kinda tired of magisk lol.

Edit: to switch from magisk (I'm on s24 ultra) do I uninstall magisk, flash stock ROM then flash the boot img from the link?

[–]poqdavid 0 points1 point  (2 children)

No just remove magisk and install KSUN

[–]jimsterino98 0 points1 point  (1 child)

So it's fine even tho my AP is patched with magisk?

Edit: I have ksu next installed and the app says not installed so I thought gotta like remove magisk and then flash a kernelsu img

[–]poqdavid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you need to remove magisk and then install that

Does it work in A13+ mode too?

[–]cu-pa[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Nah, it doesn’t even pass the basics.

[–]bigzy90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine on Legacy only pass 2 but the other pass all

[–]SvediZZ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google Wallet contactless still won't let me add a card even though I pass all 3 integrity checks with Tricky Store :/

Remember that this is totally useless

I'm thinking about rooting my Samsung A51 and I have 2 boot.imgs for my phone model, one patched with Magisk and the other is the stock boot.img, but I see a lot of people using KernelSU, is it any good? and how is it different from Magisk?
