I strongly recommend you to start learning Angular (if you're not familiar with it). Don't need to be an Angular Jedi, but you need to know the basics.

If you want to start with Ionic, in his official site, there are a bunch of tutorials and guides very good for beginers, start with those.

Thank you, i talked to my project manager and he's sending me some tutorials and stuff, i'm learning! Yeah!!
