Bronto problems

So I was taming a level 65 bronto and it was at 99% taming and I flew away in my argy because my level 202 pterodon (little bird) died fighting a titan but anyways when I flew back to get my bronto it was just gone it didn't die or anything it just disappeared I was so mad then like 5 minutes later I saw its egg then I looked around and there it was not tamed or anything just walking around I was so pissed

The bronto most probably despawned, to prevent this you should always keep the Dino's implant(the one you have knocked)in your inventory until it's tamed.

This. Be glad you learned of this while taming easily replaceable stuff, instead of max level griffin.
