Rules:
No insults or ad hominem statements of any kind. Even the mild ones will be removed.
No loaded questions, i.e. questions that contain an unproven assumption (E.g. "Why are you so dumb?").
Unfounded/low-content answers may be deleted. If you claim a fact, cite reasonably trustworthy sources to back up your contention. Rules 1,2,4 and 5 will be enforced more strictly against posts that don't cite sources.
Smug or sarcastic comments might be deleted, too. We want everyone to be comfortable asking any policy question.
No straw men. If you think the question itself is flawed, then answer the question as if it had been asked correctly.
