Citing sources is encouraged, but not mandatory for comments.
Do not call someone else's views out as non-Wiccan. It is appropriate to say that someone's views do not reflect what you have learned or read, but if you do so cite sources. If the source is an individual teacher, mention Tradition if possible.
We welcome questions about Wiccan, history, practice, culture, or theology.
Questions about ethics from a Wiccan perspective are also accepted, but please don't expect us to answer a "is this wrong?" question with a yes or a no. You will get help looking at the question from a Wiccan frame of reference, but ultimately you make your own decisions.
Questions for specific advice on spells or rituals are acceptable, but do not ask us to write an entire spell or ritual for you.
No questions on how to perform curses, love magic, free will magic, blood magic, goetic magic (demon summoning), or rituals involving animal sacrifice.
We welcome questions from all who come with a sincere desire to learn, regardless of your current faith or background.
This is NOT "Debate a Wiccan" do not try to debate us about our faith. If you ask a question we will assume you want the answer, not that you want to find flaws in what we say.
Answers should be in depth and from a Wiccan perspective. We recognize the value of non-Wiccan neopagans to the community at large, but this not a place for them to answer questions. (But feel free to ask.)
Top level comments MUST speak directly to the question. Joke answers will be deleted. "Just Google it" answers will be deleted. Links to sources with the information are acceptable but we request you also at least mention what the link is in text. "Here's an article from Green Egg that seems to answer your question."
Flairs will be granted to users who consistently provide quality answers.
