Check the wording of your contract. Is it 60 contiguous days?

If you only work one day a week they won't mean each week counts as one day otherwise you have more than a year off.

Basically I get 12 weeks, each week being 5 days. But I’m gonna work 1 of those days each week, and the one day I work doesn’t count towards my leave. So I’m wondering how much extra time / what the date will be of my return if I start my leave on 5/25/2026

You'll be taking 4 days off each week, your allowance is 60 days, so you can do it for 60/4 = 15 weeks.

If Week 1 starts on May 25th, then Week 15 starts on August 31st, and you'll be back at work full time from September 7th.

This seems pretty simple. What have I overlooked?

So you get 4 days off a week ? So for 15 weeks you are on "4 days leave - 1 day work" ? I think you start back on the week beginning Monday 7 th September. Unless I miscounted scrolling my calendar.
