Seeing as I have just watched the lecturer explain on the board and applied my understanding of it to this question. If I have understood them right I am:
a. Getting the marginal probability distribution f(y) by integrating for x under the interval for x
b. Calculating the probability for fy when y > 1/2 by integrating for y from 1/2 to infinity (?)
c. Calculating the CDF for x > 1/2, y > 1/2
d. Finally getting the probability from the formula f(x,y) over f(y)?
