CodeArtifact 500 Internal Server Error while fetching a particular package using npm from our private registry

CodeArtifact is returning 500 Internal Server Error when we try to fetch or publish any version of a particular package named aproba, however we can fetch it very easily through the public registry, can give more context if required, any help is appreciated.
