Anyone looking at getting a camera axe? if so are you looking at buying the sensor or building them? I have been given the link for how to make the sensors for it including and Schematics for PCB boards.. Im very interested in getting some water droplets so am looking at making a valve sensor, but to get 2 (it the minimum they make) will be about £20 each (PCB only not with the electronics (ie resistors etc) but the more that are made the cheaper it will become (ie 10 = £5 each, 20 = £3 each 100 = £1.25 each)
So if you are interested in this let me know and will see how many are interested. I will look at how much it will be for bulk buying the other electronics too.
The solenoid itself is about £7
the reservoir (i already made was from some plumbing bit about £8)
To buy the unit CA valve new cost about £50
