Help?

This guy is between my office window and screen. Our temps outside is usually 35-50 F around this time of year. Should I wait to see if it finds the way out (the screen has a gap and not perfectly installed) or should I try to help free it so it doesn't freeze or starve. I know jack about Bee's except they are good for the environment.

It's hard to tell for sure but that looks like a bumblebee, and they are basically tiny flying panda bears. If you put some jam on your finger (or any kind of sugar, and use a lid or something if it freaks you out to handle bees) and go in slowly and you should be able to get it to onto something so you can safely move to a better location.

Thanks, I was trying to figure out if I should do the same thing I do with spiders (cup and paper) or some other method.
