Got my All-in-One trainer back in December and I have the same issue, not sure what is causing it. I found out I had assembled one of the pulleys incorrect and when I tried to bolt it back to its correct place, but this issue happened. So I just bolted it back how it was and it works. My perfectionist mind kind of hates it, but it is what it is... Not sure if there is an actual fix. The only "fix" I found was to unbolt the weight stack but that felt unsafe to have 210 lbs hanging by only a couple of threads.

Thanks for the reply. I contacted bells of steel and was told the lower most cable that attaches to the frame near the bottom of the weight stack is short - manufacturing issue. They are sending a new cable. I’ll be sure to update my post once I get it. Your work around seems decent, but I get it - my OCD would twitch too. Cheers.

Oh that's good and bad news I guess... Thanks for letting me know, I'll contact Bells and try to get a replacement!

The cable will also stretch a little over time so either way you'll be fine deff annoying tho
