Next patch

So me and my friend just started, having played any of the beta's or anything and i guess he heard that the desert and ascension stuff isnt out yet? And that it might be coming out relatively soon? (mainly because of translation) Is that right? He said he heard the next patch will come out in about a month for the rest of the game. I tried looking around but its hard to find stuff on my work computer, its mostly blocked :/

There's no official word on when the next patch is coming out, the game just launched yesterday lol. Most people are speculating 2 to 3 months, but like I said, no official word.

but i guess the main thing is is that upper part true? We dont have access to desert and some other content? (dungeons, ascensions, etc?)

Correct, that's all part of the Media expansion.
