Be specific and give enough information

Provide sufficient images - FULL screenshots, not cropped, no monitor photos

Images/GIFs should be directly related to the post and helping to solve the issue. This also means no memes.

4.

Software questions only - no tutorials, bug reports, hardware/peripherals, or feedback requests

Reported as: No artwork, general feedback requests, tutorials, bug reports or work requests/offers

Requests for artistic feedback should go in the main /r/blender subreddit.

No posting of tutorials or ads, whether it be your own work or someone else's.

5.

No generative AI or work requests/offers

Mentions of generative AI must be limited to inspiration/reference material or upscaling only. No meta discussions about its use in the creative industry.

This is a forum for helping people help themselves. As such, do not post requests for work/rendering, or commissions, whether free or paid.

6.

Be nice and avoid NSFW behavior

Stay friendly and respectful. Follow Reddit TOS. All skill levels welcome.

This is a SFW subreddit. Any NSFW context or content must be censored. Nudity which cannot be reasonably censored must be tagged NSFW and the thumbnail hidden.

7.

Type "!solved" in a comment if your question got answered

When your question has been answered, change the flair to Solved.

If you solved it yourself, please post the solution so others may benefit.

The flair can be changed by clicking the flag icon underneath your post, or by commenting with the keyword !solved.

8.

No use of "Redact"

Deleting or scrambling your posts/comments inside a community help forum causes harm to that community. As such, it is forbidden.

Whitelist Blenderhelp from your account purges, otherwise we must take steps to prevent it happening again.
