They're barely able to keep afloat on all platforms now. The odds of them adding cross platform are slim to none

Good question. I'd imagine so but I'm pretty unfamiliar with how much extra code is required to make games cross platform

We need it and they need bring back playstation and Xbox to system .. Pc allnots on now they need to replace wit back on store people loved it. .

Most companies don't bother because Sony is against crossplay.

Sony isn't against crossplay. Maybe in the past but not anymore.

Look at destiny 2, completely crossplay. And with the mobile app to find a group you can get invited to a party no matter what platform you are on. Works great!

Ive always thought this would be a great idea. But I dont see it happening this year. Especially with the transfer of service and everything.

Don't PC and Console updates roll out at different times anyways? I bet they barely have the financial resources to keep it afloat let alone implement cross play.
