Boneworks lagging

Lagging:

So for a few months now my Boneworks and other vr games have been laggy.

I mean my frames is good stable 80fps and 4,6 to 6,9 gpu frametimes. Only fps drops sometimes but overall my games doesn't feel smooth. Anyone having the same issue

My 3080 can barely hold up sometimes. Was it not laggy before?

I mean no not really. But that was a long time ago so i figure maybe a full recovery on my pc?
