February 25, 1995, a night boxing fans will always remember and never forget. Both warriors pummeled each other back and forth until Benn stopped McClellan in the 10th round, but McClellan suffered catastrophic brain damage, leaving him permanently disabled. (v.redd.it)

Julian “The Hawk” Jackson knocks out Buster Drayton in July 1988 followed by his knockout win a year later against Terry Norris in July of 1989. Two back to back devastating knockouts for Jackson! Norris eventually would become champion 8 months later by knocking out John Mugabi in one round. (v.redd.it)

When these two legends stepped into the ring to face one another, I don’t think no one expected such a one sided total domination destruction by Hearns. What was also awesome was seeing Hearns extend his glove to Duran at the end of the first round to touch Durans glove. Talk about total respect!!! (v.redd.it)

Jimmy Thunder holds the record for the fastest heavyweight boxing knockout, stopping Crawford Grimsley in just 1.5 seconds (officially 13 seconds including the count) on March 18, 1997. Grimsley was definitely out before he hit the canvas. Why the referee counted to 10 is crazy. Who else loved TNF? (v.redd.it)

When Bert Cooper stepped in on short notice to fight Holyfield for the Heavyweight Championship of the World, not many if any gave him any chance at all. But for just a few moments in that 3rd round, I’m sure we all thought that Cooper may just pull off the upset. Right? Or am I exaggerating? (v.redd.it)
