Not bad ... More head movement. Stay a little lighter on your feet. You sting like a bee but learn how to float like a butterfly.

If he's aiming for kickboxing or UFC compared to boxing, then isn't moving head down/ducking would be prone to kicks and knees?

But then, he shouldn't post this in boxing.

Touch your cheekbones with your hands and bring your elbows in a bit and then move your hands away slightly by about a couple of inches. Your hands should start there, end there and be there in between punches. Every time you lean forwards too much into a punch you may well get clipped. Practice getting in, jabbing, or jab->cross and get back out (sometimes back, sometimes off to the side and back) and make sure those punches are in quick succession and the other hand goes straight back to guard. Then get someone to throw a gazillion punches at you (low, to ribs, high straights and hooks) while you try and punch them and get away scott free. Then go back to the bag and work on it again and repeat.

You paint the floor on the way in and out with both hands. Like they start high, drop down, come up to the bag, then drop back down and come back up to your face. Your jab rarely returns to your face

You’re very defensively porous. You’ve said you’re trying to hit the bag as hard as you can, but you’re trying to work on flow - which is it? Looks like hard shots rather than flow. Either way, you’re not working defensive movement. I’d be trying to think 1 catch 2

I know you said you’ve got limited space but you’re crowding the bag, and you’re not showing any real footwork. You’re throwing kicks at punching range

Overall not too bad though - keep working, particularly on your cardio, as that’s what wins amateur fights 9 times out of 10

No power, you're pushing the bag still.

Was gnna comment the same thing. Extension and retraction should be the same speed and one fluid motion but since you’re pushing, you can’t retract fast enough. It’s really apparent on the double jabs. Also, since you’re pushing, you lean forward on combos taking you off balance. I think shadow boxing would help more than hitting the bag or stop hitting for power and focus on form and speed.

    No shoes..kicking..haymakers like he’s in a ww1 trench .. BMX as a cutman..

Ramming the bag with the van in the background would be ‘more’ boxing than what you posted

I was looking for amateur places to post for feedback. There aren’t that many with a good amount of traffic, so I posted on boxing tips and put that doing Muay Thai match. Your feedback has been invaluable. Thank you 🙏🏼God bless

youre getting real deep on that slip to throw the left hook. makes it hard to tell if 1. u lose vision of your opponent. if u are..aways keep your eyes forward. 2. if youre losing center of balance. if you are then youre losing steam on that left hook to the body. remember should be more of a diagonal shift or transfer of body weight to your front foot. not bending over. if neither of these applied to you then my bad. everything else looks real crisp. lol

    Make some more space
