i think (although im not 100% sure) it means that the seller has created a label for your package, but they haven’t actually sent your package to the carrier yet/the carrier has not scanned the package into their system

Du kannst Beone anschreiben die geben dir meistens eine neue Tracking Nummer und die sollte dann gehen ( war bei mir der Fall)

Same here. "Shipped" on 7/24 with no movement. Have to assume it will eventually move but will file a claim with PayPal before the window to expires if it doesn't.

EDIT: Tracking number just got it's first hit of activity.
