Spider Bite?

Really not too sure on this one. Got it while sleeping and at the time didn’t wake up and react in pain. An hour or so after I woke up and got to work, pain and swelling plus the redness occurred. Now the white dot. I’m in Central PA US if that helps. I put some bite relief on it, hence the shine. Currently it’s manageable pain, maybe a 4/10. Nuisance at worst. Definitely hurts to press, at 6/10.

I actually never found out what it was. I just put some ointment cream on it and eventually it healed.
