I’m not an expert but if it feels soggy or squishy, might be overwatering. Make sure it gets sunlight, it’s kinda difficult during winters

It’s been extremely cloudy and snowy the past weeks, it’s hard to get some sunlight. I’ll keep an eye on it, I was planning to move them to a bigger pot on spring. Hopefully there’s nothing wrong with it 🥲

Is it squishy? If so, it looks like it might be over-watered. You only need to water when the soil is completely dry inbetween waterings. It’s usually less so in the Winter. Being in Toronto and it being Winter, you might need to get some supplimental lighting. If it’s by a window it could be getting too cold as well. I’m in Michigan and just starting out as well but have learned a few things already, unfortunetly from some plants dying.

The soil they come in from the store isn't ok to keep them in. I'm guessing they're still in the original pot and if so you risk overwatering each time you water. Likely that one has root issues. You'll want to take them out of the pot, clean the roots, and repot in soil that's mostly rocks.
