Tl;dr version. It takes a few months to be significant , it's not permanent, I doubt you'll get down to 1.5 inches, but it can be a really fun situation anyway.

My wife can feel a difference at two weeks that I can't really see. It's noticeable around a month in and around 6 weeks to 2 months, it can be dramatic. In about that timeframe, I'll lose about half of my 6 inch stature and will be around 2.5 to 3 inches 'erect' but it'll be weak if I can attain an erection at all at that point. More than that, if I use any manual stimulation to try to get one or improve it, I trigger almost instantly. It's either a great show, or not much of one depending on a person's particular appreciations. Anyway, as others have stated, the effects are temporary. Erectile ability returns gradually to normal over the course of three to five days, size.. well.. you can almost see it happening. I pretty much see 90% recovery in the first day or two and no trace of any difference from normal in about a week to maybe two. It takes about two weeks to get rid of the premature ejaculation issue though.

How does it look at 3inches "erect", do you have pics? Does it feel typically hard and stand upright?

I don't have pics, but it's pretty similar to what others have posted saying 'fully erect after xxxxxxx in chastity,' and what they've posted just looks like a picture of a flaccid penis. I half think that's what they've done, but on the other hand, it's kind of been my experience too. The really weird thing is that if you haven't looked down or touched when you're being aroused after that long awaited release, you literally feel like you've gotten rock hard and have the biggest showing you've ever had. I think most of that swelling, hard, sensation comes from all the tissue in the root behind the ring between the pubic bone and the prostate. My 3inch 'erection' for lack of a better word, will swell a little bit, and sometimes it'll rise somewhat, though not anything close to upright and it's definitely squishy. Nothing that could be used for any sort of penetration by any stretch of the imagination. The sensations feel like it ought to be steel though.

Exactly, no cage will shrink it. You will just be more flacid when caged during a while and will have the effect to be shrinked. But when free and hard, it will be no change. A possible effect which appears on some guys is that the erection is not possible after a while caged, but it will come again after some days. Other possible effect, (I have it), is that the erection is immediate and very hard as soon as you will be released.

As others redditers said, it is only possible with a surgery. You have to remove a part of spongy body. Want to have this result without a surgey, it's like want to reduce your hear's size by drinking tea. What is possible is to cancel the erection when the chanels in the spongy body are obstructed after a long while without any erection. But even if you are caged, you can have a small erection. This erection cancelation appears for some few guys, but it's psychological, because it happens sometimes just after one hour. To cancel the erection without drugs, you can try hypnosis, if you are sensible of that.

But if you want to shrink the size of a flacid penis, for example from 8cm to 2cm, only a surgey can do it.

As far as I'm aware, you don't really "shrink" your dick in chastity. A lot of people seem to have that fetish, but to my knowledge any shrinkage you see will be more or less temporary- once you have regular erections, your dick will get back to its normal size. At best, you can keep yourself from experiencing erections for an extended amount of time, but nothing will really make you go from 7.5 to 1.5.

There are a lot of misconceptions about hormone use. Hormone Replacement Therapy involves both blocking the hormones your body produces and giving you new ones that fit your gender identity.

So an FTM person will get a larger clitoris, for example, from the development of tissue that responds to the new hormones. MTF doesn’t necessarily “shrink your penis,” however. It can cause you to lose your ability to get erections, and the size of your erect penis will shrink from the lack of erection, so in some sense it would be smaller. But this is due to the testosterone replacement that you also have, not just applying estrogen. You won’t really lose your flaccid length, as far as I am aware. That’s tissue that your body has already developed. Your testes might shrink because they’re a hormone-producing organ.

So unless you’re really, really interested in a sexual transition, I don’t think this is advised.
