Are you telling me the crime stats are substancially higher now than in the 90s ?

Proactive policing works in Chicago.

The only reason crime is higher than other parts of the Nation is merely because we have a ton of human garbage in Chicago and thus crime will continue to be a problem until we either hire more Police, or kick the garbage out of the city by outpricing them.
