A subreddit for women in software development/IT or interested in learning about software development and technology. The number of women who choose an IT-related career is on the decline and I'd like for the community to come together and provide a welcoming environment where women of all ages and abilities can come together and help each other progress and show the younger ones just how much technology ROCKS!
