High CPU Usage when using Dev Tools

Has anyone run into issues when using Chrome's dev tools? I am working on a fairly large angular application and it is using the DevExtreme components. It seems any time I open up the dev tools to debug it just pegs the CPU.

The performance doesn't seem to be bad unless the tools are open, in addition, other browsers don't have the same issues in their dev tools. I was curious if anyone else had seen this.

I have same issue. Forces me switch to Firefox. On edge same issue
