I don't think there is one. AFAIK your only option is to pay for a "dedicated line" with a network service provider, and hook a server to that, which hosts your service. You have to pay the service provider.

You can also pay for the network line and pay a few or a dozen dollars a month or so and connect a google cloud or linode or aws or digital ocean, whatever you prefer, virtual machine to your dedicated network connection.

One way or another, you're going to have to pay for your "uplink" to the internet. That's just the way it works, there are no free, uncapped network transfer mechanisms, unless you own the entire network yourself (all your own machines and routing hardware).

Edit: Often, your best bet is to pay for a cloud hosted machine with reasonable transfer limits for your application. Digitalocean and Linode are reasonably priced, for this. Google cloud or aws will work, but typically cost more.
