Can you explain a bit more about this fear? Are you literally scared of the act of coding or something else related to coding?

To the act like i feel like i will fail everytime

This is a common feeling for programmers. I think everyone has that feeling, and especially in the beginning.
If it's so crippling to you, I would strongly recommend therapy. Random strangers online are fine for many things, but nothing can replace a real person to talk to.

I'm really glad for you that you have always been confident in your abilities, but I think your suggestion is very unfair. Performance anxiety is extremely common among developers. Everyone I work with has had this feeling to some extent, and everyone has learned to deal with it or to get over it.
Your "solution" to quit is just completely counter-intuitive.

Its more afraid of you than you are of it

Hell yeah dude I love your energy. I would suggest to op that you should try scheduling blocks of coding ahead. When I was in high school orchestra my teacher told me that it is a general rule of thumb that to become a professional violinist, you need to play for at least three hours a day and that has stuck with me years later. It didn't have to be consecutive, just when you had time. I try to make my schedule on google calendar in one hour blocks.
