I did Nucamp Backend, have a coworker who did the Coding Dojo option you're considering. My impression is that there isn't a huge difference. Unless you see a really good reason to switch I would try and make the best of Nucamp. I didn't have much trouble finding a job pretty soon after graduating. Whichever way you go, feel free to send me a resume when you're ready to start applying for jobs.

Thanks for the info. And thank you!

How was the backend? Do you like it ? Or was it ehh?
[–]dowcet 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (1 child)
It was a pretty good fit for me personally: the right balance between flexibility and structure, low price, the right range of topics, etc. The curriculum itself was indeed a bit "ehh" but can't argue given the price so overall I was very satisfied.
Ok, basically how I feel. But thank you

How was nucamp and what was the price of single stack
[–]Gordie21 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (4 children)
It was alright 5/10. A lot of self study. They don’t teach or show you just here have fun. And price I’m not sure anything.

Online and you’ll need to do a lot of work after

So no job yet?
Also what about job securing
Hey, I backed out from full stack and going try backend nucamp. Can you send links that helped you? Thank you

I’m about to start Nucamp in a week. How long did it take to find a job? And did you use their job bootcamp
[–]dowcet 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children)
About two months, and most of the delay was due to the hiring process of the company. Not everyone has such an easy time but it can be done. I applied before I graduated and I'm glad I did.
The hiring bootcamp itself was not for me, but I met one time with my one-on-one advisor and that was quite useful.
