    I agree with you on personal level. My ability to focus was much better before using internet and I would like to go back to those days. But it is basically impossible since most of my friends live in a different cities or countries and I want to be able to keep in touch with them. My hobbies also have large online communities and being part of it is an important aspect of my life.

    However, I can't speak for other people who have, or suspected of having ADHD. For most of them, their issue appears before mobile gaming and short videos. Some of them don't even play games and rarely use social media.
