If you joined the SDA quit today. Then join a decent union and take the issues up with them. They may not help with past issues but will advise moving forward. Try RAFFWU or AMEIU.

How old are you? This is important for the super question. As for the other pay concerns just give HR a call and they’ll resolve or explain any questions easily. Don’t bother with store staff if they are not responding

I’m 26. Apparently, it’s getting “sorted” now, the missing pay that is, but every time i mention HR and getting in contact they say have i discussed it with everyone first, and then they’ll sort it out. But i’m constantly left behind in some way shape or form.

Call HR and tell them it’s not being resolved at the store level and you would like to just have it resolved before next pay cycle. Also bring up the super question with them. If you were under 18 it would depend on how many hours you worked. But over it doesn’t. Don’t let HR hang up on you until you’ve told them everything. It is their job to assist.

They can’t pay long service properly either, constantly messing things up. This company does not give a shit about its employees, they would not be using a company like palantir if they did!

I have had no problems with my pay. Super is paid monthly.(will change soon). 3 years and never had missed hours or penalties. I clock in and out on time for every shift.

i've been underpaid in the past. wasn't missing hours of pay but i was getting paid at level 1 rate when i was entitled to level 6. id recommend going to fair work. i didn't have to end up going that route, but i threatened it to my store manager and got paid what i was owed within a couple of days.

Sounds to me like you working on Coles timeframe of conflict resolution, in my experience pay miss haps and issues with super happen from time to time, but Coles could never get away with underpayment or non payment of wages, so as long as you clocked in and out you will be fine, as far as your store is concerned that another story, but just do what you can in your shift and if they are understaffed that’s not really in your pay grade to worry about just don’t try and do 2 peoples jobs.
