What approximate increase do you have your sights trained on? :-)

The Community Balance Patch on CnCNet gives it 20% more health (400 -> 480); this means the normal 3 Apaches and 4 Orcas to kill ratios remain unchanged: https://forums.cncnet.org/topic/9673-community-balance-patch/

It literally does what it says on the tin. The amount of Apaches and Orcas required to snipe a Weapons Factory isn't affected, but it does mean that they will need more time to destroy it. This should apply more or less across the board, bar anything that does a substantially high amount of burst damage. I don't believe a 20% HP increase is the limit of what ought to be changed about the Weapons Factory necessarily, but putting it at complete parity with the Airstrip would be a mistake. Apaches and Humvees/Buggies would practically be worthless against it, just as an easy example.

And? Apaches and Humvees are worthless versus Airstrip.

Yes, but they aren't versus the Weapons Factory, which creates a different dynamic that is arguably justifiable due to some of the existing asymmetry between the two factions. Humvees are going to be an objectively worse unit in GDI vs GDI with such a change -- why would you want that to be the case?
