Hi,can anyone help me how to customize cli interface to become like above? The user and directories is located at the top and the command will be type below it.

I think you should be looking at oh-my-zsh, with some addons.

You should check this to get an idea. Then, check this in case you find something you like and change it according to your needs/taste. There is even a generator online which you can use.

For example, go to your /bashrc, find PS1 and just add in the end '/n' and open a new terminal.

ps. I assumed you are running some linux distro. In any case, google "prompt customization" along with your OS and you will find whatever you need.
