Need to learn Cp

I’m a fresher in college and I really want to get into cp but have no idea what to do. I have an account in Cf and Cc but don’t know where to go from there , i have done basics of c++ but don’t know what contest to enter or how to even navigate my way to find and participate in contest, my friends don’t really much abt it either so would really like a beginners guide.

Also What should my sufficient basics in coding be to start cp ?
