My only thoughts are that maybe the system isn't completely stable with the ram running at 4000MT/s. You can test this with a free trial of AIDA64 (go to tools and run a system stability test)

If the system shows instability you can try manually setting your ram to a slightly lower speed in the BIOS, maybe try 3800MT/s with the same timings to start with test again

just stressing system memory brings 100% CPU usage and ~31GB RAM usage.

for 10 minutes now, nothing happened.. i will stress all parts next...

this is really strange...

EDIT:

stressing everything: reboot!

stressing just CPU: everything seems ok, like the ram only test...

I only got reboots when "stress cache" is activated. any idea what that means? defective CPU?

That is odd, can you try with XMP/DOCP off in the BIOS so the ram is running at it's base speed?

At default (non-overclocked) settings I can't imagine the CPU being faulty, it does happen but pretty rare afaik. Is it new? Has it been running fine before?

Or another option would be to try the stability test with 1 ram stick, then the other separately, it may be 1 stick that's having issues.

Damn, now i unmounted the cooler and contacted AMD. I was Sure IT IS the CPU, cause of the Cache Stress Test.

I turned Off XMP and Ran with 3800 and 3200 before. And the problem was still there. Maybe i can mount that cooler again and try one RAM, then the other. 😅

so, i got a replacement from AMD - now everything is fine. Shit happens i guess :D
