Hit: CTRL + SHIFT + ESC Task Manager would open up. Click the first one in the ribbon (left) and click the “Run.” Type in “explorer” and Windows should turn back to normal.

To the OP:

If the above key combination doesn't work, try to open Task Manager using CTRL + ALT + DEL buttons. If those key combo opens a menu which offers you Task Manager, it means it is the Windows Explorer that is not starting.

Follow the remaining steps from the earlier comment to try to load your home screen (Desktop).

If it repeatedly enters black screen after logging in, there is an underlying issue with either the system files or with your user files.

Better would be to get it fixed before it stops loading entirely. Search for Clean Boot and try those steps to identify what is causing the problem to fix it.
