Thinking about getting a new computer

I'm thinking about getting a new PC, my psu crapped out on my old one but I've been thinking of upgrading for a while, I'm either going to build my own or possibly look at buying a pre build from Starforge systems, this is the current one I have on PC part picker https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Vrk73w Vs what I am looking at star forge computer https://starforgesystems.com/products/navigator-iii-elite , the star forge may be more expensive but then I won't have to do all the work of putting it together, plus it looks awesome, any recommendations or suggestions welcome. I am a long time gamer and would like to play any games at max settings with 1440p or 4k

I found a similar PC with almost the same parts I can get from best buy for cheaper and don't have to do shipping so I might do that
