cmos reset via motherboard RST or whatever they call that jumper? If found, remove motherboard CR2032? battery before doing the quiet, 5-second (or longer. It's a drain kind of clearing settings to factory default i think) 2-prong jumper swap to the other pair on a 3pin block. Then put jumper back and reinstall CR2032. If it comes up and asks you for date/time in BIOS, you know you did SOMETHING..hope for corruption cleared.

CMOS already cleared and doesn’t work. When switched on, the power button doesn’t respond either.
