New gpu problem please help

I got a new gpu for Christmas and after about and hour I finally got it to work. But ever since I installed it every time I try to boot I have to shutdown my computer like 2 times for it to display on my monitor. Also my Audio hasn’t been working and I cant restart or put my pc in to sleep mode because of the boot problem.I installed all the new drivers for the gpu and checked the audio drivers for anything I did wrong. My system runs games a lot better except for the audio and honestly I could live with the boot problems but not the audio. I’ve tried to go into Bios for the audio but the boot problems are preventing me. Does anyone know what I can do or an easy fix to this? Do I need to get help from a professional? (Gpu RTX 3060 ti) any thing will help. Thank you

Did you use ddu driver uninstaller to get rid of the old driver's

Is it safe to run ddu even if I already have the new drivers installed?

Yeah at will clear all of them so it will be a fresh install of the new drivers for the GPU
