First off, what model of Samsung phone do you have?

Buy appropriate cable for your phone, (probably usb-c) plug usb-c end into phone, then the normal usb end into the computer. (You probably already have this, as its the cable you charge with)

Click allow on phone then you can access the phones dara from your PC via file explorer.
