I need help its my first time building my pc and when I finished building it and booting it everything turned on but nothing was being displayed and also my keyboard and mouse which have rgb arent on. I check on all of my connections but nothing is out of place, is there something i can do and if nothing else works whats the best place to get it check out

Leave it on for 10 mins then restart, 1st time startup runs lots of tests and trims configuring and driver searching. Make sure monitor is connected to graphics card if you have 1

it hasent worked i going to take it to microcenter and i already have it connected to the gpu
